A look at the balance between power and empathy in building a personality brand

Leadership is changing, and what was once considered the core trait of a successful leader is now being questioned. After reading  Evan Armstrong’s article “The Right Kind of Asshole,” I wondered: in our time, does a leader still have to be tough to get results , or is there still a need for a balance that allows for the creation of a strong and sustainable brand of personality?
