It is worth remembering that the email configuration is not only used to use the Mailbox, but also any function within Pcontrol that is related to sending and/or receiving emails.
Used by over 70% of our users, email flow and cadence is another Pcontrol tool that requires an email account to be configured in order to be used. The email cadence flow aims to automatically send personalized emails to leads in negotiation within Pcontrol .
Below is a step-by-step guide to setting up an email account in Pcontrol.
2 – Access the Email Account Settings
In the main menu, click on the gear icon. This section of the menu contains all the content and form no longer are enough we need to touch the people settings, including the one we are interested in in this article, the email account settings. Then click on Email Setting.
3 – Email Account Data
The screen with the form for filling in your account details will appear. This analysis of company efficiency varies from provider to provider. In other words, the Gmail connection details are not the same as the Hotmail connection details, for example.
Test Connection to Your Email Account
Click on the Test Connection button . A pop-up confirming the test should appear on the screen. Please confirm by clicking on the green button.
Then a new pop-up as shown below will appear on the screen:
6 – Successful Email
Wait about 1 minute and click the asb directory Refresh button in your Mailbox. This button is used to refresh the incoming emails in your Pcontrol Mailbox.
An email with the title [Pcontrol] MailBox Pcontrol: Connection Test will arrive to you. This means that sending and receiving emails is correct.
Now you can use your Pcontrol Mailbox as if you were using Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook or Webmail.
