ChatGPT helps you write texts for social media and blogs? Or maybe you use it to help you create your company’s strategy? Great, but… watch out, because sometimes it likes to make things up.
AI Hallucinations – What Are They?
They appear when how to create a landing page in hubspot? intelligence*:
- generates data that is inconsistent with the facts
- provides inaccurate information
- makes up statistics that cannot be supported by any other source
- distorts images (have you ever generated an image of a human with 8 fingers on one hand or 3 legs? Yes, I have. Although a lot has improved in this regard recently)
- gives a response that is inconsistent with the command
- generates an internally contradictory response.
Why does ChatGPT lie?
Sometimes he provides using for building stronger customer relationships in digital marketing that are not found in the sources provided, sometimes he interprets the data very loosely.

First he described me as a writer, poet (he really went off the deep end here) and publicist. Then he linked my work with that of another lady who only has half my last name.
Interestingly, when I repeated this experiment after 2 months in the pro version of ChatuGPT – it generated the truest truth about me. I don’t know if it’s because we know each other a bit, or some change for the better in the algorithms.
So it’s not like every time you ask for facts you’re going to get a wrong answer. Those answers are going to be mostly right.

“AI hallucinations are the 3% to 10% of responses to queries – or prompts – that users send to generative models.”
It doesn’t seem like much, but you can get into real trouble.
AI Hallucinations in Court
Roberto Mata sued Avianka Airlines, sg number he was injured on a flight to New York when a metal trolley hit his knee. When the court tried to dismiss the motion, Mr. Mata’s lawyer presented a 10-page document of court decisions in similar cases, along with citations.
The problem was that no one could access these rulings because… they were created by ChatGPT.
