What is Lead Scoring?

Lead Scoring is a score that each deal receives that shows how close the deal is to closing. The score is calculated automatically taking into account similar information between the current deal and other sales already made.

Every piece of information is analyzed, including activities, bonus actions, discounts, driving questions, etc.

The higher the Score, the more chances of selling to the customer.

What is Buyer Persona?

Buyer Persona or simply b2b reviews is a detailed description of your ideal customer. It is  to describe a type of consumer.

Knowing who your persona is helps you map purchasing behavior and naturally predict possible objections and questions from customers.

By being able to predict the purchasing journey, it is possible to reduce the time to close a sale and also increase the average ticket in a negotiation.
